If you know me, you might have noticed I haven’t been blogging for quite some time…
At a certain point I just stopped doing it. Why, do you ask? Well, the answer is very simple. Because I wasn’t happy anymore. I wasn’t happy with the Maxime I was becoming and the blog I was trying (so hard!) to keep up with and make it grow.
Everything about it, irritated me. I had no longer the desire of writing a post and I just decided to take some time off to figure out what I wanted to do. As a big lover of chaotic perfection and being a procrastinator with insecurities, I kept finding excuses to not relaunch my blog.
So I started focussing on Instagram, which became my new outlet for creativity. The positive feedback I got there and still get, means so much more than I’ll ever be able to put into words.
And now it’s time for a fresh start so here it is. My new blog, my new online diary. And boy, am I ready for take off! So welcome to the new and improved ‘La vie de Maxime’. I hope you’ll love it as much as I do.
